In MSS it is possible to define stores with different price levels. In addition to a default price level, a maximum of 5 different price levels can be defined. The items for a specific store will initially be assigned a default price.
Per item additional 5 prices each relating to a price level can be defined. On transmission to the store, MSS will pickup the price that matches the price level defined for the store.
For chains with small number of stores, the data maintenance can be substantially facilitated by defining a reference store. This is especially true if there is no main supplier who can provide item data by store group. For each group one reference store is defined holding the item data for that group.
