Maintenance of scales data
Modern scales systems that are attached to DEWAS in the store can be serviced by MSS with item data for the scales items. DEWAS will pass on the data to the scales.
In addition, MSS can also centrally generate scales scrolling text messages as well as headers and trailers for the scales receipt. Central maintenance of scales data will lead to substantial savings and reduction of errors.
At daily closing the item sales of the scales will be booked in DEWAS. DEWAS keeps this data separate from the POS-sales figures.
